I'm intrigued by your podcast and applaud you for making it "free." But since I believe free as in freedom is more important than free as in free beer, I don't use iTunes. None of that is your problem, of course; I'm just wondering if it's possible to download an mp3 file rather than clicking tumblr redirect links and needing to use iTunes to check out your podcast. If so, I haven't found it and suggest making it easier on those who haven't joined the Apple team. My 2 cents. Thanks!

Yes, you can absolutely download our episodes as mp3s. Here’s what you need to do:

1) Visit our page at http://brainpodcast.libsyn.com/.

2) For each episode there is a “direct download” link. Click it to open the file in a new page.

3) Right Click on the audio player and choose “Save As”.

That’s it! You can also use other programs to pull RSS feeds besides iTunes. I use an app called Podcast Addict on my phone, and really like it.

Thanks again for listening!
